Overview

Experience the beauty and adventure of the Agafay desert from the comfort of a quad bike. The Agafay is known as the Sahara of Marrakesh because it is less than one hour from the city but offers an amazing variety of desert features, including rocky terrain, sand dunes, mud-walled Berber villages, palm groves and much more. As a desert native myself, I believe there is no better way to see this variety than on an ATV, which enables you to cover a significant amount of ground quickly, but still remain close to nature.

This experience begins as we pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakesh. For those staying in the Old Medina, we will meet at Cafe De France. For those of you staying outside the walls of the Old Medina, I will pick you up from your hotel or riyad. We will drive to the Agafay in a luxury van, reaching our destination in less than one hour. After a short training session, you’ll be off on your way, with a guided trip that will last approximately 2 hours.

Along the way, we cross trails, rivers, oases, desert and the Atlas Mountains. We will rest with an authentic cup of mint tea in a small Berber rest stop, where you can take in your surroundings before completing the tour. After a quick dust off, we will return to your home-base in Marrakesh with beautiful photos and memories of the Agafay.
